Yes, the demo contains the entire program.
You may use the SignShop Manager until you are asked to register it or you may register the program immediately.
You have plenty of room to enter a description in your quote preparation, however depending on the layout you use, the length allowed for each item is different.
Try to keep your descriptions as short as possible to make sure all the text shows - you may enter more text in the comments box at the top of your printed quotes.
If you have used SignShop Manager and you now download a new version you can keep your entered data by moving your original SignShop Manager folder to another directory.
A new version of SignShop Manager will be installed [under windows] in the same directory as the original: C:\ SignShop Manager.
You will find details in the Tutorial for importing the original data into your new version.
I have entered my organisation name incorrectly, can I correct this?
Yes, press the 'About' button on the home screen and you can correct the name.
Please note that if you have already registered the program you may have to contact us for a new registration number if you alter your organisation details.
Yes, although the program is not really setup to carry this out, it is possible to export company data.
From the File menu on the contacts page go to 'Import/Export' item, a sub menu will pop up and you should choose 'Export Records...'
You will now be given a dialog box to export your data, make sure the right hand side is clear [press the 'Clear All' button].
Click on the following field names in the left hand column in this order [one at a time] and click the >>Move>> button each time:
Name
Address 1
Address 2
Town
County
Post Code
The above fields should now be on the right hand side panel, check you have the above fields in the correct order [you can rearrange them by dragging them up or down]. Click the Export button and choose the format you need to export, choose a name for the file and the location you wish to save it. Click OK and the file will be saved as an ascii text file ready to use.
Yes, select the desired quotation.
To delete this quotation, go to the mode menu and select 'delete record'.
**Make sure you have the correct quotation selected before proceeding - this is undoable**
I work in Feet the SignShop Manager is in metric, what do I do?
Yes we released earlier versions of the SignShop Manager with metric measurements.
If you have a metric version and you require a version with feet just download the latest version.
